Tech Shirts & Racing Singlets

TEAM APEX screen-printed tech shirts and racing singlets will be here just in time for the Payette Lake Runs on Aug 31st! Our hope (cross your fingers) is that they will be here the Thursday before the race. Otherwise, we will have them available on Saturday at the Condo at the Spaghetti Feed/Movie Night. Running Jackets

Mr. Mike Shuman is donating some Shu running jackets to our dedicated runners and walkers. If your name is on the list, stop by and pick up your jacket at Shu's Idaho Running Company, or pick it up on Thursdays workout.

Welcome Coach Dave!

We want to formally introduce Dave Ross to all who have not had the opportunity to personally meet him as of yet. We are excited to have Dave as a part of the "Team"! His coaching expertise, passion for the sport of distance running, and personal experience are valuable assets to the TEAM APEX training programs. Dave is a highly motivated athlete himself with a collegiate running and coaching background, and currently competitive at the national level. Dave is a member of the USATF affiliated with TEAM APEX.
